After the era of mechanical reproduction and the rise of print capitalism, I explore the topic of how people are being re-seen in printing amidst a ubiquitous sense of the technology. The earliest creative motivation stems from how time operates for everyone. In each series of works, print and printing are discussed as the container and contents of time. I do not want to "reproduce" time, but rather "create" time from the concept of print and printing, and constantly find ways to perceive time in the process of discovery.

Starting from the content and form of the calendar, this paper reorganizes the issues of time and existence, and discusses how time has served as my inspiration. Based on this, I continue to analyze how the context and concept of printing has shaped my creative view. Finally, through the artistic practice of serigraphy and printing installations, I think about the changes that art has brought me.

Applying the methods of deconstruction and restructure, I reshape the appearance of time through science, philosophy, and literature. The references of etymology, communication, and art history are used to sort out my methodology. Constantly engaging in discussions with other texts, this paper tries to provide other possible directions of thought beyond the works. In the end, I adhered to the literary spirit of poetry in my method of writing. Therefore, this thesis serves as the culmination of the process of constant correction and reflection among questioning, tracing, ordering, and subversion.
